Perspective. Connection. Trust.

A connected world
for better care.

Health technology with people at its heart.
We’re working towards a future where health information connects care, informs decisions and serves communities.

Connected care works when it supports both clinical collaboration and the commercial interests of those delivering it.

01 / About PCT Health

Better information.
Better Care.

We are a health technology company built on a simple principle: better health data means better care.

Health information is often spread across organisations, systems and moments in a person’s life. Better information means improving the quality, structure and clarity of that data, as well as bringing it together.

We use AI to summarise medical information, extract relevant clinical details and present them in a clear, structured record. We make information easier to find, understand and use in care, with every entry traceable to its original source.

Our vision

A connected world.
Better care for everyone.

A health ecosystem built around the patient, where information connects every setting of care and gives people and those caring for them a more complete picture.

Data ownership is built into the core of our technology. Each organisation holds its own copy of every record it creates or receives, with lasting ownership of the information in its care. This ownership model is a defining feature of our platform: organisations retain control of their own records within a secure, connected system. AI turns medical information into clear, structured data that supports better decisions.

Simple, affordable access brings more patients, care teams and organisations into that ecosystem. Adaptable workflows let them shape how they work and grow as their needs change.

Together, these foundations support more informed care for individuals, a better understanding of health across communities and the commercial delivery of healthcare. Organisations retain ownership of their information and control who can access it, protecting sensitive records and the value of their services. This vision spans every setting of care, from occupational health through to primary care, social care, diagnosis and specialist care.

02 / Our focus

From the individual
to the bigger picture.

Four connected areas.
One long term perspective.

01

Health records

A more useful picture of health, built around the person. Information that can follow care across settings and support continuity over time.

Continuity through connection
02

Population health

Looking beyond a single encounter to understand the needs of communities. A broader view of health can inform planning, prevention and access to care.

Understanding at a wider scale
03

Data stewardship

Health information deserves careful handling. Privacy, appropriate access and clear accountability must shape how technology is designed and used.

Trust as a foundation
04

Employee health

Through Provider Connect, we already help employers connect with health services to better support their employees.

03 / Our approach

Progress built
on trust.

Technology has a role to play.
People, purpose and responsibility come first.

01People at the centre

Health information should be useful to the people it concerns and those involved in their care. We believe clarity, access and meaningful control belong at the heart of the experience.

02Connection with purpose

Connecting information matters when it helps care. Our thinking starts with the way people move between services, the decisions clinicians make and the gaps that get in the way.

03Security from the outset

Privacy and security should be considered from the beginning. Appropriate access, traceability and responsible data handling are core design priorities, rather than afterthoughts.

04Intelligence with accountability

We focus on practical uses of AI, such as turning incoming documents into structured records. Information must remain traceable to its source, with uncertainty visible and review built into the process.

04 / Record ownership

Copy and connect.

We are creating a world where connected records remove the complexity of data sharing.

Each organisation keeps its own copy of the information it creates or receives. Those copies remain connected, while each organisation retains ownership and controls access to the information it holds.

This ownership removes the need to make separate, disconnected exports simply to preserve information. Each organisation on our platform keeps its own record within the connected system, while the patient or primary care giver sees the complete picture. This allows us to connect data, rather than simply share it. Control over access is central to this model: organisations can contribute to connected care while protecting sensitive information and managing how it supports their commercial services.

05 / Making information usable

From documents
to structured records.

Useful information should not stay trapped in a document.

Letters, test results and consultation notes arrive in different formats. We focus on using AI to extract specific information, such as diagnoses, medicines, dates and results, and organise it into a consistent health record.

The original source remains linked to each entry, and uncertain information is flagged for review. The purpose is to make existing information easier to find and use, with clear evidence of where it came from.

Removing barriers to connected care

Less setup.
More participation.

Getting started should be straightforward. We are working to reduce the cost, time and complexity of joining a healthcare system, so more people and organisations can contribute to care.

Our team brings 30 years of experience building healthcare systems. We have seen how complex configuration drives up costs, delays implementation and makes established systems difficult to change. We are combining that experience with AI to create a more adaptable foundation for care.

Onboarding in minutes.

Our ambition is to turn lengthy installations and complex setup into a straightforward way to join, access records and start contributing.

Lower costs to get started.

The cost of implementation should never decide who can participate. We aim to remove the high upfront costs that keep people and organisations outside connected care.

Workflows that evolve.

We are developing AI and language processing to help translate care requirements into system configuration. Clinicians and organisations can shape, review and adapt their workflows as needs emerge, retaining control as the system evolves.

Healthcare demands careful implementation. Our aim is to reduce the work of configuring every possible variation upfront, with clinical oversight and each organisation’s ownership built into the approach. Removing these barriers makes it easier for patients and organisations to participate in connected care.
